When will my flowers be delivered?
We provide same day delivery within the Matamata Piako area, if you place your order before 2pm. (Rural Delivery may be delivered after 5pm). For all other regions please place your order the previous day (Monday – Friday). If you would like your flowers sent on a specific day please advise us.
How much is delivery?
Delivery costs:
- Morrinsville Township: $7
- Te Aroha: $15
- Rural (under 20km): $15
- Rural/Other(over 20km): $20
- Hamilton: $15
How should I care for my flowers?
When your flowers arrive add water to a vase. Remove any leaves that are submerged under the water. Check the water daily and refresh as required. Trim the flower stems regularly and keep out of direct sunlight.
Where do your flowers come from?
Our flowers arrive almost every day from our wholesaler in Auckland. Others come direct from local growers.
What if nobody is home when my flowers arrives?
We will leave it in a safe place out of the weather. If it is unsafe to leave your flowers, we will drop it on the next run, or bring it back and contact the recipient to arrange a suitable time for delivery.
What will my message be written on?
At FLORIST|boutique we have a own gift card printed with our shop logo. It can be sealed at your request. The card is attached to the bouquet. We also have a range of gift cards that can be added to your flowers for something a bit more special.
